Early-stage service

Bloom Better is currently an early-stage product offered through TestFlight and web testing. Features may be incomplete, change, or stop working while we test and improve the product. By using Bloom Better, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and sign-in

You may sign in with Google or Apple to save your profile, garden, plant records, requests, notes, and paired Bloom Pot data. You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to use and for keeping your device and provider account secure. Notify us if you believe your Bloom Better account is being misused.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as plant photos, plant names, profile and garden information, requests, and notes. You give Bloom Better a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, operate, protect, and improve the service. This includes showing your content back to you and reviewing plant requests for possible addition to the care library. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

Acceptable use

• Do not access or attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Do not interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or devices.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use Bloom Better for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Plant-care guidance and hardware

Bloom Better provides general plant-care guidance based on plant profiles, user input, and sensor readings. Recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are not a substitute for your judgment or advice from a qualified professional. Plants, homes, connectivity, and hardware environments vary. Bloom Pot readings and behavior may also vary or be interrupted. Check your plants directly, follow hardware instructions, and use hardware safely.

Availability and changes

We may update, pause, restrict, or remove features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post revised terms here and update the date above. For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to provide additional notice.

Early-stage limitations

Bloom Better is still being tested. We cannot promise that every reading, recommendation, feature, or connected device will always be accurate or available. Please use your judgment when caring for plants and stop using hardware that appears damaged or unsafe. Rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be limited where you live remain unchanged. This section needs legal review before production launch.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You may request account deletion through the in-app option when available or by emailing admin@bloom-pots.com. Ending your account does not affect terms that reasonably need to continue, including disclaimers and liability limits.
